WARRIOR REBORN FOUNDATION
Developers of Waypoint - the world's first Transition Intelligence Platform.
On Time. On Target.
Rebuilding purpose. Restoring strength. Reconnecting warriors to community.
Warrior Reborn Foundation helps transitioning service members, veterans, and military families build life after service with purpose, stability, connection, and hope.
Life after service is more than a job search or a change of address. It is a whole-life transition involving identity, family, health, employment, housing, finances, education, belonging, and renewed purpose.
Our mission is to help warriors land with a plan, a network, and a renewed mission.
Through wellness support, mentorship, resource navigation, community reintegration, and our flagship Waypoint platform, Warrior Reborn Foundation helps military-connected families move from uncertainty to clarity, from isolation to connection, and from service to renewed purpose.
THE MISSION
Warrior Reborn Foundation empowers transitioning service members, veterans, and military families by promoting whole-person wellness, supporting successful transitions from military to civilian life, strengthening community connection, and helping prevent suicide through early support, peer connection, mentorship, resource navigation, career readiness, financial literacy, housing stability support, and community reintegration programs.
We believe transition succeeds when people are connected before they are in crisis.
WHY WE EXIST
America invests heavily in preparing service members to serve. Warrior Reborn Foundation exists to help ensure they are not left to navigate life after service alone.
For many veterans, the hardest question is not simply, “What job should I take or what school should I attend?”
It is:
Where do I belong now?
What community can support my family?
Who can help me before I arrive?
How do I rebuild purpose after service?
What does the next mission look like?
Warrior Reborn Foundation was created to help answer those questions with practical tools, trusted networks, and human connection.
OUR CORE BELIEF
Life after service needs a waypoint.
Military transition is not just paperwork, relocation, or employment. It is a full-life transformation.
A successful transition requires more than information. It requires a plan, local knowledge, trusted people, and a place to belong.
Warrior Reborn Foundation helps service members, veterans, and military families prepare for life after service by focusing on three essentials:
Place. People. Purpose.
PLACE
Where a veteran lands matters.
The right community can make transition easier. The wrong fit can deepen isolation, financial stress, employment challenges, and family strain.
Warrior Reborn helps military-connected families evaluate real communities through housing, cost of living, jobs, schools, health care, Veterans Affairs access, state benefits, colleges, local organizations, transportation, family support, sports clubs, civic groups, and quality of life.
The goal is not just to move somewhere.
The goal is to land well.
PEOPLE
No transition plan is complete without human connection.
Veterans are used to being part of a team. They understand trust, loyalty, shared standards, and showing up for the person next to them.
But after service, many lose the daily structure of a unit. Warrior Reborn helps rebuild that connection through mentors, local sponsors, veteran advocates, Veteran Service Organizations, civic leaders, employers, school contacts, peer networks, rugby clubs, wellness communities, and trusted local partners.
Because no warrior should walk alone.
PURPOSE
A job matters.
But purpose goes deeper.
Warrior Reborn helps veterans rediscover mission through work, education, entrepreneurship, civic service, volunteering, mentorship, leadership, family, wellness, and community involvement.
The warrior is not finished after service.
The mission changes.
The strength remains.

WAYPOINT
Land with a Network. Not Just an Address.
Waypoint is the flagship platform of Warrior Reborn Foundation.
It is the world's first mobile and web Transition Intelligence Platform.
Waypoint helps service members, veterans, and military families search any city, town, county, or ZIP code to build a personalized transition plan around housing, jobs, churches, schools, Veterans Affairs resources, veteran organizations, health care, civic groups, sports clubs, colleges, local leaders, mentors, and peer connections.
Waypoint is not just a directory.
A directory says:
Here are some resources.
Waypoint says:
Here is what life could look like in this community, who can help you land there, and what steps you should take before you arrive.
WHAT WAYPOINT HELPS YOU ANSWER
Can I live here?
Can I work, study, or build here?
Can my family thrive here?
Can I access the support I need here?
Can I find my people here?
Can I build a meaningful life here?
Waypoint helps users compare communities, understand local support systems, identify opportunities, and request warm handoffs to verified local contacts.
THE FOUR TYPES OF WAYPOINT INTELLIGENCE
Location Intelligence
Housing, cost of living, neighborhoods, schools, transportation, taxes, health care, family services, state benefits, and quality of life.
Opportunity Intelligence
Industries, employers, job openings, veteran-friendly employers, military skill translation, apprenticeships, education pathways, credentialing, entrepreneurship support, and career readiness.
Support Intelligence
Veterans Affairs resources, Vet Centers, Veteran Service Organizations, county veteran service officers, benefits navigators, mental health providers, crisis resources, housing support, financial counseling, legal aid, and verified local contacts.
Belonging Intelligence
Rugby clubs, running clubs, gyms, outdoor groups, civic clubs, chambers of commerce, faith communities, volunteer groups, spouse networks, parent groups, local mentors, and veteran peer communities.
WHY COMMUNITY MATTERS
Transition is not solved by information alone.
A service member may know where to find a benefits office and still feel completely alone.
A veteran may find a job and still miss the bond of the unit.
A military family may relocate successfully and still struggle to build roots.
That is why Warrior Reborn focuses on connection before crisis.
We help warriors find the people, places, and support systems that make life after service stronger.
WHY RUGBY AND TEAM-BASED COMMUNITY SPORTS
Rugby is one powerful pathway back into belonging.
For many veterans, rugby offers something familiar: a team, a shared standard, physical challenge, trust, loyalty, controlled aggression, humor, discipline, and mutual respect.
Like military service, rugby demands that each person commit to the group. You train together, struggle together, protect one another, and move forward together.
Warrior Reborn aims to connect veterans and military families with local rugby clubs and other team-based communities as part of a larger reintegration model.
The goal is not simply to introduce someone to a sport.
The goal is to help them rediscover the feeling of being part of a unit.
OUR APPROACH TO SUICIDE PREVENTION
Warrior Reborn believes suicide prevention begins upstream.
Before isolation becomes unbearable.
Before financial stress becomes collapse.
Before transition becomes identity loss.
Before someone feels like they have nowhere to turn.
Our work is built around early connection, practical planning, trusted resource navigation, peer support, mentorship, wellness, and belonging.
Strength includes support.
Asking for help is not weakness.
No warrior should have to rebuild alone.
Give More Than Thanks. Give a Waypoint.
Your gift helps a service member, veteran, or military family access the tools, local intelligence, and support network they need to build life after service with confidence, stability, and hope.
A donated Waypoint pass helps someone compare communities, build a transition plan, find local resources, connect with trusted people, and land with support.
Instead of simply saying “thank you for your service,” you can help a warrior land with a plan, a network, and a renewed mission.
Together, as American's, we bridge the military-civilian divide and give back to the American Experiment.
FOR PARTNERS
Warrior Reborn Foundation is building a national network of trusted partners who believe veterans and military families deserve more than fragmented resources.
We seek to work with:
Veteran Service Organizations
Rugby clubs and sports communities
Employers
Colleges and universities
Faith and civic organizations
Local governments
Chambers of commerce
Health and wellness providers
Mental health and crisis support organizations
Housing and financial readiness partners
Veteran advocates and local sponsors
Together, we can help communities become more prepared to receive, support, and retain veteran talent.
OUR VISION
Our vision is a nation where every service member, veteran, and military family has the plan, support network, resources, and renewed purpose needed to thrive after service.
Warrior Reborn Foundation exists to help every warrior rise again, live forward, and land well.
Place. People. Purpose.
